She is best known for her role in The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, a sitcom starring Ashley Banks. At age four she began singing and was soon able get some attention through her mother's request to take her to Sesame Street auditions. When she was six-year-old, she began an acting career as a regular on the PBS children's show Sesame Street. She continued her acting career throughout New York City with many productions, including Fences which is a Broadway production, and Orfeo del Campo which is Off-Broadway's production. At the age of seven, she was a contestant on Star Search and won twice, receiving a four-star rating after appearing two times.
