Anna Maria Chlumsky (born Anna Maria Chlumsky) is an American actor from the United States. Her acting career began as an infant and was first famous for her role as Vada Sultenfuss in the film My Girl and its sequel My Girl 2. The actress paused her acting career between 1999 and 2005 to allow to attend university. Anna Chlumsky was born on December 3, 1980, in Chicago Illinois to Nancy and Frank Chlumsky Jr. Her mother worked previously as an Air Attendant, and her father, a chef. Both of her parents are accomplished musicians. The mother of the family is a singer-actress and father who can play saxophone. When she was just 10 months old, the Marshall Fields enlisted the model to play a role as a child for ads. When her parents divorced, she was just two years old, and she was raised by a single mother. As she reached the age of 10 months, old, Marshall Field used her as a child model in their commercials.
